Vitamins and a healthy body! ”
Age: preparation for school group.
Integration of educational areas: “Health”, “Knowledge”, “Communication”, “Music”, “Socialization”, “Reading fiction”, “Work”.
Types of children’s activities: games, communicative, cognitive research, experimental, productive.
Goal: increase the perception of children about food, their importance for human health; the formation of children’s views about the importance of proper nutrition as an integral part of a culture of health.
Objectives:
Educational area “Knowledge”: the knowledge of children about a balanced diet, about the concepts of “vitamins”, their symbols and the benefits for the human body; to help children understand that health depends on proper nutrition, the food must be not only tasty but also healthy.
Educational area “Communication”: vocabulary development; securing the ability to communicate freely with the teacher, parents, peers.
Educational area “Health”: the education of a conscious attitude to a healthy lifestyle; securing compliance with child nutrition; development of visual and auditory attention, General, fine motor skills to help children master the synchronized movements of speaking and movement of the hands (finger gymnastics) .
Educational area “Music”: the initiation of children to the perception of musical works, creating a favorable emotional background in the group.
